*Please note that technicians have to be certified to perform this test, so that is why the date may be different than the dates available for a start-up in your location. Thanks for your understanding.

What to expect: The customer is required to be home for this appointment. A certified technician will test your backflow device to ensure it’s in working order. We will send the information to the appropriate city or jurisdiction within the allotted time frame.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS:
Rescheduling is subject to a $40 fee if the request is not received 2 business days or more in advance or the customer is not home upon technician’s arrival.
Cancellations of prepaid appointments will be refunded, less a $10 service fee, if the cancellation is received by staff 2 business days or more in advance. Cancellations made less than 2 business days in advance are nonrefundable.
