Reschedule & Cancellation Policy

King’s Reschedule Policy:
Rescheduling is subject to a $40 fee if the request is not received more than 2 business days in advance.
No refunds will be given and the reschedule fee will apply if:
Start-Up Appointments: the technician arrives and the water is OFF (and no one is home).
Winterization Appointments: the technician arrives and the water is ON (and no one is home).
King’s Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by staff.
Cancellations made less than 2 business days before your scheduled appointment are non-refundable.
Cancellations of prepaid appointments are subject to a $10 service fee.
