Reschedule & Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling

  • Requests to reschedule your appointment must be made 2 business days or more in advance to avoid a fee.

  • The reschedule fee applies, and no refunds will be given if:

    • Start-Ups: Technician arrives, but water is OFF and no one is home.

    • Winterization: Technician arrives, but water is ON and no one is home.

Prepaid Backflow Tests where the technician arrives but no test is required: Refundable less the reschedule fee.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be in writing and confirmed by staff. Cancellations of prepaid appointments made 2 business days or more in advance are refundable less a $10 service fee. Cancellations of prepaid appointments with less than 2 business days notice are non-refundable
