Reschedule & Cancellation Policy

Wait - did you know you don’t have to be home for your start-up or winterization appointments? Click here for how to prepare for our arrival.

King’s Reschedule Policy:

  • Rescheduling is subject to a $40 fee if the request is not received more than 2 business days in advance.

  • No refunds will be given and the reschedule fee will apply if:

    • Start-Up Appointments: the technician arrives and the water is OFF (and no one is home).

    • Winterization Appointments: the technician arrives and the water is ON (and no one is home).

King’s Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by staff.

  • Cancellations made less than 2 business days before your scheduled appointment are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations of prepaid appointments are subject to a $10 service fee.
